Take a hard look at the product or service you are offering to your customers. What benefits do you offer that your competition does not? None? Then find your edge. What about the quality of your product/service? Can you improve on it? Do you offer superior customer service? Do you charge a fair price that compels clients to flock to your door?
Spend time focusing on developing a strength, enhancement, benefit, problem solving attribute or carving out an opportunity that you can bring to the table that your competition does not.
