businesses and franchise companies to grow more efficiently, thus
stimulating the economy and job growth.
“Seeing powerhouse franchise executives and business coaching
professionals pack the general sessions and expo floor, at all points
throughout the week, was an exhilarating feeling for everyone involved.
There was an undeniable energy and spirit enveloping the conference
that all attendees carried back home with them,” said Terry Powell, CEO
of AdviCoach and CEO and founder of The Entrepreneur’s Source. “The new
initiatives and relationships established last week will undoubtedly
play an integral role in the growth of the franchise and small business
market for years to come.”
Taking place at Fort Lauderdale’s Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa,
the conference kicked-off with a keynote speech from David Mead, who
works with Simon Sinek, the author of “Start with Why: How Great
Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action.” The speech was followed by a
franchisor appreciation night, recognizing some of the nation’s leading
franchise concepts for outstanding achievements in 2013.
The action-packed conference continued with educational roundtables,
networking opportunities, and general sessions that were designed to
generate thought-provoking ideas and strategies that will help
individuals achieve their dreams and drive the engine of small-business
growth. Career and business coaches from AdviCoach and The
