His wife Jackie, former Pastry Chef at Café Azul and Lauro Kitchen, bakes delights for Country Cat that are warm and patient, but disciplined and infused with love. Her summer signatures are A Trio of Pudding, Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler, Raspberry Buckle, and Virgil’s Root Beer or Cream Soda Float.
