Gift Basket Convention Set For Early August In Ohio

Tom & Pam Newell, Award Winning Ohio Gift Basket Designers and Founders of the National Gift Basket Professional Convention have chosen to host again this year the “2011 National Gift Basket Convention” in OHIO. They have kept the convention in Ohio to keep it affordable and allow more Gift Basket Professionals to attend. They have moved to Columbus to keep the airfare costs down, allowing a larger facility connected to the hotel, and a goal to grow the gift industry with continued success. They have added a Virtual E Tradeshow for those that can not attend!

Tom & Pam Newell (Owner of Gift Basket School, Inc.) will be the kick off hosts and two of the featured 12 speakers at The 2011 National Gift Basket Convention! August 4-6, 2011 at Ramada Conference Center connected to the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Columbus, Ohio on Sinclair Rd will be overflowing. The 27,000 sq ft location will be a great fit housing the best gift basket professionals and industry vendors coming together from around the world.

“This will allow the industry to get stronger and keep growing” Tom said. Newell also said “we outgrew the location in 2010 with a sold out crowd and needed to move to make our attendees and vendors more comfortable”.

This convention is the “The 3rd National Gift Basket Convention hosted by the Newell’s “. It promises to be filled with expert Instructors from all over the USA, The Best of the Best Vendors for the industry, design classes for floral and gifts, marketing seminars, how to do demo’s, product info, selling technique expo, trade show, networking with professionals united from all over the world, and much more right here in Columbus, Ohio!
